Rick Eisenman
Founder

Prior to founding E&A in 1993, Rick spent twelve years in the hotel industry as a director of sales and marketing, working with over 1,000 association and corporate clients. For more than 20 years, Rick served as Executive Director with the Virginia Society of Association Executives and also did meeting consulting for multiple clients. In 2011, he received the John R. Dufour Lifetime Professional Achievement Award and the VSAE CEO Award of Excellence in 2015.

CEO

Zach works with a variety of clients in the association management and meetings consulting business. He currently serves as Executive Director for the Virginia Propane Gas Association. He has 7+ years of non-profit experience and is a graduate of the University of South Carolina.

Terry Monroe, MBA, CAE

Terry is a Certified Association Executive (CAE), with 25+ years of association management experience with state, national  and international associations across membership, marketing, communications, governance, education, events, corporate partnerships and government relations. He currently serves as Executive Director for the Virginia Society of Association Executives.

Tom Spong
President, Sourcing & Contracting

Tom has 30+ years of hospitality experience in sales, marketing, and operations. A graduate of the College of William and Mary, Tom is a longtime member of VSAE, ASAE, AENC, and the Greater Williamsburg Chamber & Tourism Alliance. He is a 2013 recipient of the John R. Dufour Lifetime Professional Achievement Award.

Tom has 30+ years of hospitality experience in sales, marketing, and operations. Vice President of HR & Finance

Tami Rawlette has 25+ years of accounting and financial experience. She manages the bookkeeping and audit preparation for E&A and five clients. In addition, she is Vice President of Membership for one client and handles the exhibitor portions of conferences for two clients. She also attends meetings as the meeting planner assistant for several clients.

Pamela has 20+ years of experience in event management, corporate training, program coordination, higher education, and accreditation standards.  She is responsible for meeting planning and management for E&A clients, including the Virginia Society of Association Executives. She is a graduate from Florida A&M University.

Jordan has 18+ years of hospitality experience in sales, management, and operations. She is responsible for meeting planning and event management for several E&A clients. Jordan is active in the Virginia Society of Association Executives (VSAE), serving on the Board of Directors from 2019-2021. Jordan is a graduate of the University of California, Davis and holds the Certified Meeting Planner (CMP) designation.

Jordan is active in the Virginia Society of Association Executives (VSAE), serving on the Board of Directors from 2019-2021. Lorraine is an award-winning design and communications professional with 20+ years of experience, offering clients creative solutions to enhance their marketing and communications. When she is not designing, Lorraine is creating mosaic art in her studio  She is a graduate from the Rochester Institute of Technology.

Christine has 20+ years of association management, and currently serves as Executive Director for the Virginia Society of Eye Physicians and Surgeons and Deputy Director for the Virginia Society of Association Executives. Christine also is a life member of the Lakeside (Virginia) Volunteer Rescue Squad, having previously served as both President and Treasurer.

Colleen has 30+ years of experience in the hospitality, tourism, and meeting planning industries. Her background includes experience with a destination management firm in Puerto Rico, numerous hotel sales positions in Florida and Virginia as well as the CVB in Norfolk, VA. Colleen has extensive experience with both state and national associations and has been a member of the VSAE for over 11 years and in previous roles she has been a member of TN, KY, NC, FL, and GA society of association executives. Originally from Florida’s Space Coast, Colleen is a graduate of both Florida State University and Louisiana State University.

Account Coordinator, Meetings & Events

Haley is a 2023 graduate of the Hart School of Hospitality, Sport and Recreation Management at James Madison University with a B.S. in Hospitality Management. She has experience in hotel operations and event coordinating. As an Account Coordinator at E&A, Haley assists a variety of clients with hotel contracting, meeting planning, and on-site event management.
