Rick Eisenman is the Founder and CEO for E&A. His duties include business development and strategic focus. Rick previously served as the Executive Vice President for numerous state, regional, national, and international associations as well as doing meeting consulting for many others. In 2011, he received the John R. Dufour Lifetime Professional Achievement Award and received the VSAE CEO Award of Excellence in 2015.
Tom serves as President of Consulting Services for E&A. He has more than 30 years of hospitality experience in sales, marketing, and operations. A graduate of the College of William and Mary, Tom is a longtime member of VSAE, ASAE, AENC, and the Greater Williamsburg Chamber & Tourism Alliance. He is a 2013 recipient of the John R. Dufour Lifetime Professional Achievement Award.
Terry serves as E&A's President of Association Management Services and Executive Director for the Virginia Society of Association Executives (VSAE).
Terry is a Certified Association Executive (CAE) with over 20 years of association management experience in membership, marketing, communications, conferences and events, education, corporate partnerships, and government relations.
Monroe earned his master’s degree in business administration from the University of Maryland and his bachelor's degree in public affairs from the George Washington University.
Tami Guthrie is Vice President of Finance for E&A. She is responsible for the bookkeeping and audit preparation for E&A and five clients. In addition, she is Vice President of Membership for one client and handles the exhibitor portions of conferences for two clients. She also attends meetings as the meeting planner assistant for several clients. She has over 25 years of finance experience.
Dave Phillips, CAE is the Chief Operating Officer for E&A. He is a veteran of the hotel and association management business with more than 35 years to his credit, including 18 years as an association CEO. He head's up E&A's new Leadership and Consulting division that offers services to hotels and associations including strategic planning, leadership training/development and executive searches. Dave is a longtime member of VSAE and ASAE and is a VSAE Past President and recipient of the Award of Excellence.
Pam Kirby is Office Manager and Administrative Assistant for E&A. She works behind the scenes to keep the day-to-day functions of the office running smoothly. A former elementary school English as a Second Language (ESL) teacher, Pam also does freelance proof-reading and editing. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English at Dickinson College.
Lorraine Meade is Communications Manager and Graphic Designer for E&A. Lorraine is an award-winning design professional who brings over 20 years of experience to the E&A team, offering clients the most creative solutions possible. When she is not designing magazines, brochures, advertisements or logos, she is creating in her art studio, where she is a mosaic artist and instructor. Lorraine holds a degree in Marketing and Business Administration from Rochester Institute of Technology.
Pamela is the Director of Meetings for E&A. She is responsible for coordinating meetings, conferences and events for E&A’s clients, including the Virginia Society of Association Executives (VSAE). She has over 20 years of experience in the areas of event management, corporate training, program coordination, higher education, accreditation standards, and customer service. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Care Management from Florida A&M University.
Zach Eisenman is an Account Manager for E&A who works with a variety of clients in the association management and meetings consulting business. Zach currently serves as the Executive Director for the Virginia Propane Gas Association (VAPGA). He has over six years of non-profit experience and is a 2014 graduate of the University of South Carolina.
